In 2014 I discovered my obsession for matching talent with opportunities. In 2015 I went all-in on tech recruiting at OfferZen, placing 300+ candidates in under 2 years as an early team member.
After this I proved I could:
• Scale teams at Luno (Engineering, Product, Data)
• Build from zero as Aerobotics' solo recruiter
In 2020 I had enough of broken hiring practices so I launched Consalt to fix what's wrong with recruitment because I've lived every side of it.

Hi, I'm Kerry
I come from a marketing project management background, having worked with Tech teams at international & local agencies.
Because of this, I have a good understanding of how to speak ‘dev’, knowing what the NB questions are to pose during screening calls and what to look out for.
I have enjoyed this pivot into recruitment!
